2. What data we process and how we obtain it

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The content of your message and the service you are asking about

In addition, if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated browsing statistics are collected as described in the cookie policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising or subject it to automated decision-making.

4. Data retention

We keep the form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, for one year after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case the data will be kept for its duration and for the applicable legal periods.

5. Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, with whom the contracts required by art. 28 GDPR are in place:

  • Hosting provider (hosting of the website and of the form's mail server), located in the European Union.
  • Email delivery provider (delivery of form messages to our inbox).

No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to contacto@kadalax.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a means of verifying your identity.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption on all communications, restricted access to information and minimisation of the data collected.
